I don't really understand it can someone explain it to me? What does it really do? Is it for pictures? SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN!?!?!?!

Both programs are required if you have like PDF files in which it requires an Adobe Reader for it to read/translate. That goes the same with Foxit Reader.
