does anyone know how to log into Ecot, in Ohio? from a home pc? or laptop?

I used to be able to do it, but i forget now..i really need to do it. My Ecot Pc is messed up or my internet is..I dont know which, I tried to call Ecot's help desk..and also my internet company's but they dont know what is wrong....please help me log in through my laptop..i'd greatly appretiate it

Call the help desk and tell them to give you the exact URL for the login website, then enter your login information. And if you have a problem with your school computer make sure they know it, and don't let them brush you off as incompetent - stay on them about it. Ask about sending it back for another one, or how they intend to fix it. When I was attending ECOT the help desk was very helpful with the few problems I'd had.
