what should i do if someone was all over me looking what i do all the time?

ok i was home and i saw someone out side, and i have got calls and e-mails from this man. so i need help.

You need to call the police about this! This isn't something you should take lightly. And you aren't over thinking it. If this guy is "stalking" you than you have to protect yourself.

Call the law. Get a restraining order. Sue for harassment.
