Take some kind of pain reliever if you have anything, personally ibuprofen works best for me. Also, if you have a break anytime, go for a short walk. A little excercise can work wonders. Just don't wear yourself out, since having your period can make you tired anyway. A hot water bottle or heating pad may help too, although it might not be practical to use at work. Hope you feel better!

I have heard that blow breathing excersizes really help. When the cramps are about to it... just close your eyes and breathe in and out very slowly. Focus on something peaceful. The pain will come... but dont focus on it.
Or ask a neighbor if they have some Mydol.
Or if you work in a restaurant, I have heard that certain alcoholic beverages help as long as you dont get wasted.

Go to the restroom and firmly press against the part of your abdomen that hurts, while at the same time, grunting really hard, as if you were badly constipated and trying to pass a GIANT turd.
This should force any imposing eggs/vaginal discharge that may be causing the discomfort through your fallopian tubes and out your vagina, thereby clearing your system. NOTE - this is a messy procedure.

HI, having a rough day sounds like?
Is there anything that you can get wet, like a wash cloth or paper towels? Put them in the Microwave if you have one there at work, for a few seconds - to comfortable temp., and apply to your belly button area. Hope this helps!!! Periods---- YUK!

Well, if you weren't at work I would suggest a heating pad. They always work for me. Get some pain reliever and see if the cafeteria has hot tea.

Avoid caffine, drink lots of water. If you can, at lunch go for a good walk, exercise and the endorphins it releases help with cramps.
