As much as we try to fight it, we tend to be much more in tune with our emotions than men. When crap goes down at work, sometimes we just can't help crying. Doesn' t mean we're not qualified for the job or that we won't come back strong the next day.
First time I cried at work was when I was a loan closer and the a*&hole insisted that a man had to go over his loan documents, even though I'd prepared for the signing. My supervisor insisted I had to participate anyway, and the customer wound up insulting me the whole time. I held it together until he left.

Maybe the bad day at work is just a small sampling of the rest of their life, and it (the bad day) is the proverbial straw that breaks the camel's back, and they just break down and start bawling.

not only when we have a bad day, we also cry when we are down, brokenhearted, mad, homesick, hurt, name it. it's our way of getting rid of the toxic that grips our system, lol! no, it's doesnt solve the problem, but it makes us a lot better after we let it out. what can i say, we are women, am proud to be one! :D

That's a very sexist question. Some of us go out and have a drink with the girls after a bad day!
