Is it mean 'NOTE"?

I want to use word 'NOTE:' in the letter. so can i use N.B insted?

N.B. comes from the Latin "nota bene" meaning note well. It is used to emphasize an important point.

I wouls only use NB if the letter was not a formal one and if you wanted to perhapa use the NB at the end. Otherwise I wouls advise you to find a better word.

N.B. is an abbreviation for Latin nota bene, which means note well. Personally, I think it sounds overly proper nowadays.
