Hahaha, a bestfriend won't say things like that unless they are joking, or if they really are, it means that they are trying to irritate you. Bestfriend like this better throw away and find a new one. If she was joking, then better tell her in a good way, not to say those things to you anymore, it did hurt your feelings. If she is your "best" friend then you should be able to tell her to shut up and not talk to you that way. Tell her just how you feel.
My best friend and I have told each other to f*ck off, b*tch and anything else you can think of. But she is truly my best friend and we do it out of fun not seriousness. If she were to say anything serious to me I would knock her azz out! :)

Normally, people joke like that if their relationship is long-standing and both take little jabs at each other. Do you joke with her like that? Is it that your weight is a sensitive issue to you, but she doesn't know it?
If you really care about her, tell her that the jokes hurt your feelings but that you love her and need her to know how you feel.
