Sorry but I'm not a huge fan of Jr. and I jokingly said to my friend (who is a HUGE Jr. fan) that Jr. was going to crash. Although it wasn't his fault, he did crash. I couldn't help but be a bit freaked out from my premonition!

I honestly don't think he did it on purpose but I DO think that Vickers should have apologized. He said that he wouldn't go back and do anything different but I am sure that will change once he realizes that he has pissed off a whole bunch of people (his teammates included). His reaction to the whole situation should have been different.

With the new paving, the last minute change in restrictor plates this was adding up to action. We saw a good race.
Now as to the last lap.If Gordon,Earnhardt,Johson or any other chase driver were in 3RD place and the same thing happened the you would hear "it's just racing".
Congrats Vickers, now let's get to Charlotte it's night the way racing should be.

An article on Yahoo sports said that Jimmie and his whole crew were mad as heck at the cheating mongrel dog Vickers and I dont blame them what soever. I am a JR fan and always will be. He had that race won and Vickers couldnt stand it. I just want to know WHY JR was warned about bump drafting but when Vickers did it and caused that wreck nothing was said about it????? I hope all the drivers have it in for Vickers this coming Sunday!!!!

As for screaming, yep I did along with a few not very nice words. I emailed Vickers a hate email too. If you want to do the same its....

That was Jr's fans screaming at Vickers for blowing his chances to win. That would also be Jimmie Johnson's fans screaming at Vickers for spinning out his OWN teammate and blowing his chances to win. Your premonition was on, I think everyone was waiting for the big 'crash'. To bad Vickers didn't get hit with one of those flying beer cans at the end. I am sure it was an accident but it is a HUGE accident that will come back to bite him in the a**. They will retaliate. You stay away from the chase leaders you don't spin them out.

The fans were screaming because Jr was ripped off from winning the race.....if Brian Vickers would have run a clean race it would have been another thing, but he did not. He caused that accident, and then benefitted from it. Then to top it off, he did not take the blame for it, he tried to say Jr caused it, when it was his fault all along, AND he took out 2 chasers in the process!!!

No in spite of the fact that it particularly enable me down. I envisioned 4 extensive racing the finished time.....Nothin....in my opinion, its gotten worse yet that replaced right into a exceedingly crappy Restrictor plate race. Its pathetic the "no bump drafting in the corner" rules, yet u understand what? THAT stunning there takes the competition. Its like Nascar thinks so much less of todays drivers. I recommend drivers had appreciate formerly, like Bobby Allison and Cale Yarbarough, and that they nevertheless do. Thats all my own opinion, i recommend Newman mentioned that, concerning the previous and contemporary drivers and this is clever. Its straightforward, that rule taking bump drafting out in the corners only ruined the race at Talladega. As we observed, didnt exchange the secure practices factor in any way (Newman/Martin) so...i think of Nascar ought to alter the guidelines for it decrease back to the way they have been...thats what makes Talladega..Talladega...

I'm a TS fan, but felt very disappointed for Jr. I wasn't screaming, but I did say "Oh NO!" several times. As for JJ...sorry man. Maybe next time.

I have a premonition...Rick Hendricks grabs his cajones and tells Vickers to hit the road.

Wouldn't have been so bad if D*ckweed (Vickers) would have said "sorry, my bad". But instead he went and did his donuts, before he was declared the winner, and then went on to victory lane. When interveiwed it became Jr.'s fault. I don't understand why he is leaving Hendrick, he fits right in!

"he got in too deep, and ran out of talent"

It's a famous quote from Harvick a few years ago, he was talking about Kyle Busch, but it applies to yesterday's race.

I don't think Vickers did it on purpose, but I do think he's in over his head, reckless and out of control. It is suspicious that his only other cup win, in an all star race a few years ago, he won it the exact same way.

I was!!!! I really thought that Jr. was going to win before that happened.

And to the person who said that the Jr. fans acted like 'idiots': Those weren't just Jr.'s fans! I'm sure that some of them were J.J.'s fans, also.

I was totally shocked at the end of the race. Jr had it won and then that happened.
