what is the average size of a guys penis? no joking please- my son might be uner-developed--im talking about at the age of 13 or 14!

The average sized penis is 3 to 4 inches when not erect, 5 to 7 inches when erect. I would assume you as a mom would be only seeing your son's penis in the non erect stage at his age, and most boys wouldn't want mom to even see that. I would say not to worry...he's probably normal, it's probably average sized! If not, he may be not through puberty yet. Some guys are late bloomers! After puberty, that's as big as it will get though.
