Very pretty! I was going to name my daughter Alyssa Nicole (I just love Nicole as a middle name) but after the passing of a good friend chose Alyssa LeeAnn instead. Kaitlyn Nicole sounds very pretty though. Does it have a sing-songy sound when you repeat the full name with your last name included?

It's nice, but pretty common. I have a common name too, and I hated it growing up. I was one of 3 kids in my class with the same name! She'll probably be called Kaitlyn _ (first initial of your last name) for a while.

It is what you want right! Then its a great name. Thats all that matters. Don't worry if someone tells you any different. My husbands family is Russian and to have a cultural name is usually how they do things but my husband and I are naming our baby Mercedes Ann. And his family hates it I know they do. Because they keep asking me, "So are you sure that you are naming here THAT" Yes I am sure and you should be too. Congrats!

It has become so popular that a lot of people are using it. However, it's very nice and I can see why you would want to name you baby that.

I think it is pretty! I am naming my daughter due oct. 30th Nattaly Nykole!! I always seem to have to spell names differently then everybody else. Kinda make it unique I guess.
