I have a black cape but nothing else. I'm going shopping to find something else to go with it. What should I go as? I need help with this. I can't think up anything original.

Have you seen The Ring?
You should go as Samara (the girl in the well if you didnt know lol!) Thats fairly simple, some long black hair (a wig if you havent got black hair), a dirty whiteish shirt and some dark trousers, lots and lots of eyeshadow all around the eyes and a very pale face. My mate did it last year and scared everyone!!

Fiona the Human, mixed with Ciel Phantomhive, i'm gonna have Ciel's hair and eypatch, with the garments of Fiona. i know it sounds stupid, yet i prefer to be the two Ciel and Fiona, so im only mixing it up. Plus, I did order a Ciel gown, it is not gonna deliver till next week. (and it is coming from Hong Kong)

a dying vampire.... get a white shirt and put a stake through it, then cut the end of the stake on the inside of your shirt (so you don't really stab yourself) glue the other end to the shirt and put fake blood around it.... wow.... pretty good for coming up with that off the top of my head.
