suppose i have a image file which i will burn later on a cd but suppose now i want to just extract the files from it contained in that image file how ?

MagicISO can extract files from an .NRG file.

IT Pro is right, i have MagicPro installed.
But if you have WinRar you can open WinRar > then browse for the nrg file and it will show you the contents, choose extract to extract individual or whole contents
