you got two choices: you can talk to him and explain to him that you get really nervous which would probably give him a cue that he should try and not make you so nervous if you know what I mean... Or, you could just ignore him and not reply his mail and not think about him. Who knows, he may just be some jackassed pervert seeking a girl to have sex with (I mean he did say you are sexy and the last time I checked, it's not a very normal thing to say to a girl that a guy barely knows in person).

Well... if you really really like him, so be yourself. Nervous is normal when you had a crush on someone who is also have the same feelings for you.
