Take the bill to the post office. Otherwise, try any shop with the Paypoint symbol on the door. But the P.O. is guaranteed.

Seriously, look on the back of the bill, it should explain how it can be paid at your local post office.

Yes, Every apartment or rental that I have lived in has never allowed me to pay in cash, nor would I want to. I want to be able to have proof other then a receipt that I paid my rent. I used to do a money order now I just use a check.

post office or ur bank over the counter, some shops with a P outside (paypoint) will do it too. the co ops do it, i live in liverpool

the best place to do so is to go to the post office and they will take cash and stamp your bill and please do so before the date runs out and you got to pay a fine.

have a look at the bottom of the bill. there will be a giro slip for paying.in the middle of the slip you will see the bank that they bank at. you can pay it there for free.
