There really aren't any but if you only take one B vitamin the others can become imbalanced so you should take a B-complex. B vitamins are water soluble so whatever your body doesn't use is excreted.

There should be none.BUT as in life everything has a catch.B vitamins come in a complex ratio to each other. Many people consume or inject B-12 for energy and stamina. The problem is that the vitamins work in conjunction with each other. That means that because of the abundance of B-12 Other vitamins are extracted from wherever the are working to compensate for the part that is over supplied. To further complicate the matter synthetic supplementation is used in stead of natural human food sourced supplements. The absorption of a synthetic is much lower than natural and after absorption is unused by the body as it does not recognize the pattern of the molecules in the supplement. Most of it is then excreted as it was taken in.Being a water based vitamin the excess is excreted by the body. So ultimately the answer to your question is no.Vitamin B-complex (natural) has no bad side effects.

Too many on an empty stomach can make you nauseous.

Your urine will be unusually yellow (very yellow). This color without taking B vitamins is a sign of dehydration.

There may be a slightly different odor (similar to when you eat asparagus).

Bitamin B-6

Ingesting more than 400 mg a day (200 times the RDA) can cause numbness in the mouth and hands and difficulty in walking.

NOT AT ALL, YOU NEED B- VIT'S AND IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH THEN YOUR BODY PEE'S IT OUT. THE PROBLEM WITH B- VIT IS THE HARD PILL FORM. YOU CAN'T ABSORB ALL THE PILL. NEED TO TAKE LIQ. OR CHEWABLE FORM, SO IT GOES RIGHT AWAY INTO YOUR BLOOD.
