This is a 3rd pregnancy. Under quite a bit of stress early on with hardly any weight gain. I park a distance away from my office and take the stairs instead of the elevator. No fast food. I cook fairly healthy for myself, my husband , and our 18mth old daughter. Drink Diet Rite instead of other sodas. Blood sugar levels are perfect. Suggestions for how to stay on track for the remainder of the pregnancy?
