According to the producers, she is going to be Jack's new love interest, after Kate chooses Sawyer. Then, of course, Kate will get jealous & start the whole love triangle over again.
But currently, Juliet is a member of the "others" & might be Henry Gale/Ben's wife/partner.

She's a tough chick who believes in her cause. I think she's a soon to be alliance of Jack and the gang though. Remember her getting locked out by her own when jack opened the vault filled with water?
