I don't know if I have a stomach bug, but the heartburn and feeling nauseated is uncomfortable. Just a bad feeling.

Chamomille, peppermint or ginger-based teas are best. Also, a combination of 7-Up, saltine crackers and (believe it or not!) chicken soup or chicken broth (heated to as hot a temperature as you can tolerate) do wonders. I think the latter is just about every grandma's standby!

Actually sucking on a piece of peppermint candy will sooth that tummy and also good in teas and ginger. Also try those preggo pops. They do help with morning sickness so why not the other.

I have tried peppermint cammomile and ginger, and they work best in order of p, c and g. But they do work. Make sure the first two are made strong. But if you're using ginger, don't make it too strong or you'll get a bit of a shock!

ginger is good- they give it to pregant ladies & cancer patients, so you can buy ginger tea, or just slice up fresh ginger & pour some hot water over it & make a tea yourself.
peppermint tea is also good for the stomach, try them both & see what helps.
if not, go to the doctor.

Try peppermint tea or chamomile tea. I have used both and they help me. Plus, drinking a few cups of it will help you flush out all the bad stuff in your bladder.
