In case your undereducated self meant to type "pregnant", it's very simple. A male and a female engage in sexual intercourse, resulting in the release of sperm into the woman's reproductive system. These sperm will atempt to locate an egg and when one sperm makes it, the egg will be fertilized and begins cellular division.
As more and more cells divide, the entity gets larger. In 9 months, a baby is born.
