Why do you care? But, if you really want to, get a hold of the USCIS (formerly INS) and they will do the proper investigaton to determine what needs to be done!

There are plenty of people who are US citizens, who have gotten payed "under the table" so to speak. Stop being ignorant and singling people out. People with your attitude are often known by names, such as; troublemaker, stirrer, rabble rouser, and racist. Get over yourself.
