yes we do , it does not have to be sexual or lead to sex but it is very enjoyabe either way the important thing is that limits are set and respected from time to time I will visit a massage therapest and I know from talking to them that some men come in looking for sexual release as part of the massage , there are some who use massage as a way to proposition the client for extra money for sexual release and i often massage my wifes back as part of forplay but just because i give her a back rub doesn't mean we will make love

Absolutely, big time if you know what you are doing. I've actually experienced an orgasm while being massaged and the massage did not include my genitals.
