I've found that cutting down on red meat really made a change, also exercising or the sauna, to make you sweat, really cleans out your pours and glands. Lots of water helps, but the good water, with minerals. I like the naturally effervescent types imported from Europe. It's something about the minerals, they flush a lot of the toxins in your sweat glands... Hope this helps
and and and, wear natural materials... throw out any polyester or other synthetic materials. cotton is good

A couple of suggestions:
Since body odor is caused by a combination of perspiration and bacteria, you need to make sure you are adequately scrubbing with soap (preferably deodorant soap, but in extreme cases you can also purchase an antibacterial surgical scrub which is available at most drug stores) and even consider bathing both in the morning and at night.
Are your clothes clean enough? Make sure you are adequately changing your shirts, undergarments, etc.
You can also try pine soap. It's what hunters use to mask their 'human odor' when hunting.
Make sure you use a anti-perspirant/deodorant. Another product (if your skin can't tolerate anti-perspirant) is Le Crystal Natural (French Transit Company) which is available in health food stores.

If you are looking for natural products, try a product called "Body Mint." They are capsules that you take once or twice a day. It is commonly used by people in the South Pacific to stop odors. Body Mint does work because I have used it. Now, I am just waiting to make some more money so I can buy it because it sells for about $20 a bottle.

It's sad that people judge on the job that one smells. They never know the person's health problem like yours. You are brave to come here and ask for help.
I have the same problem and think it is something internal. It could be the foods you are eating. Also, am overweight a little, too.
Eat more fruits, veggies, bran, and drink lots of water.
Stay away from sugars, sweeteners, and wear cotton, linen, and rayon (good one) because there are cheap ones. Wear cotton underwear.
I use Mitchum deodarant, shower to shower, and I use Jean Nate splash, and lotion. It smells good, hopefully it will work for you.

For starters your doctor may need to test you further for internal problems. If that's not it then try Mitchum and Shower to Shower body powder. But usually if you have a body odor that comes from the inside out and it's your whole body not just your underarms, etc, then what your body is doing is acting like a giant filter because something else isn't doing its job (kidneys, liver, etc.) And don't take no for an answer from your doctor, if he/she doesn't take what your saying seriously get a second opinon.

You should make sure to drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Not soda or juice, but water. The water helps flush out toxins in your body. It will not make you sweat less, but it should make your sweat be more diluted.
For example, think about what happens when you don't have enough to drink for several hours: your urine becomes darker and stronger smelling, because there is still the same amount of waste for your body to expel, but less water diluting the waste.
Same goes for sweat: if you drink more, your sweat will have a lower waste concentration and smell less strongly.
Note that a cup is 8 ounces.
BTW: Please do NOT apply bleach to your body, as one of the answerers suggested. That is dangerous!

I am glad you have talk to your doctor to rule out any medical issues that maybe causing your problem. I would suggest using an anti-bacterial soap to wash your body and start using an anti-perspirant and deodorant combo. You could also finish off with a fragrant body spay ...
