Look we can't blame them for everything. They were too busy raping Iraq, planning the rape of Iran, alienating all good and patriotic Americans, Hiding their best buddy Osama, making sure we never find out the truth about 9/11, constructing and implementing laws that would frighten the pants of the strongest of us.
How could you have expected them to see the biggest danger to World Peace since Hitler? At least Hitler didn't have the Nuclear bomb.
EDIT: Lets debunk the Clinton Lie straight away.. Please check this fact because I googled it and frankly wasn't surprised at all...

How can you think that Rummy will manage Iraq war well? He was being a Board member with $190,000 annual earning claims that he didn’t know that his company sale Nuclear Technology to North Korea.
Does it make sence that Board of Director shouldn’t know about a high-profile contract. If so I would say that Rumsfeld salaries would have been dump to $19 Annually for not being aware of alteast company big trade in 1999-2000.

If they haven't resigned after all the other ways they have screwed things up, I can't see them doing it now.
They have the american people convinced that they are working for them when all they are doing is manipulating them to get what they want. Republican leaders are sheep herders, pure and simple. Our choice is, do we line up to get sheared or prove we aren't simple herd animals.
As for who gave North Korea the technology, look no further than our brothers-in-arms, the Pakistani's.
