The average time for a BA is 5-6 years, for an MBA is 7-9 years and for a PhD, you are looking at 12-15 years. Do not forget to enter the workforce at the ideal time. If you stay in college the whole way, you will be "overqualified" for an entry level position with an employer. Find out what the requirements are to get your foot in the door, before you start your education.

If you go full-time, take summer classes, and do winter/maymester things you can finish a BBA in less than three years (I did it.)

MBA programs vary. Some universities offer combined BBA/MBAs where you combine your senior year with graduate electives. If you do that the MBA will only take one extra year.

Most MBA programs are from 16-24 months after you finish your bachelors (I'm working on a 16 month MBA right now.)

A PhD will usually take about 3-4 years.

BBA (3-4 years)
MBA (4-6 years)
PhD (8-10 years)

...also a PhD in business administration isn't really a good idea unless you want to be a professor. If you want to be an executive just get an MBA and go to work. PhDs are for academics and scientists.

If you want a doctorate and you want to work in business get a Juris Doctor (law.) You can usually get a MBA/JD in 3-4 years after your bachelors.

The question can't be answered without knowing in which school you will get the Ph.D. The MBA may shorten the time, or it may be irrelevant. The typical Ph.D. is about 2 years of course work plus a year or more for the dissertation. Very few students accomplish it in three years, 4-5 years is more common.

4, 6, 8 years. Maybe less if you take more hours per semester.
