What do you mean "accepted?"

The temperature for usual brain activity in humans is about 95 degrees to 105 degrees F, with the healthy average between 98.4 and 98.8 degrees F (same as for human body temperature).

Below 95 degrees (hypothermia) the brain tends to want to fall asleep. Above 106 (hyperthermia) the brain begins to malfunction (fever visions, halucinations, seizures).

I would assume it is 98.6 degrees F. The same as the rest of the body.

i would think the same, I think the male testicles are warmer though for some reason
