You can always go out with a few friends. Someone i know went with a friend to a broadway play. Just anything with a few friends is always fun.

Instead of your friends getting your presents, have a few of your closest friends go with you to get a manicure and pedicure, they pay their own way, and ask your parents to pay for yours. You all get pampered, and it can take up a few hours of your day.

Either that or a slumber party where you give each other facials. You can get some good masks at Wal-mart ranging from $1.00 a piece to $6.00 for a good size tube. Get some nail polish and do each others nails. Come up with some crazy hair styles. Watch movies and eat junk food.

Happy Birthday!!!

That's not really a "notable" number, if you see what I mean, so just a regular party maybe. That's like me turning 22 this Wednesday. There won't be any big party, just something normal because it's just a normal birthday.
