I would actually think it would be not that much. I mean, I watch Law and Order SVU religiously, but watching it has only served to convince me that I WOULD be caught if I were to commit a crime. It amazes me how much things like fingerprinting (there's even a technique that can be used to occasionally successfuly lift fingerprints off a human body) and forensics can do for a case.

I think some people use those shows for tips. As far as people committing crimes after watching, I'm sure there are some ignorants who do.

None, as the ppl who watch these shows are too tame to commit them but are really paranoids, having the pleasure of finding who or how someone else gave shape to their own fantasy.
