The skin of my legs is getting pale because of not getting enough sunshine. I am wearing tights during work from 8am until 6pm when I arrive home. I take it off for shower for only 15-20 minutes at home and then have to wear stockings from the evening until the next morning. In the morning, I change into tights for work again. On Saturday and Sunday, I wear the stockings 24/7 as well.
There doesn’t seem to have any health trouble with my legs but I just feel the paleness of my legs look a little weird whenever I take the tights off for shower.
I told my beau about it but he insisted that it is not an excuse for not wearing the tights or stockings 24/7. He is jealous of people staring at my bare legs and feet, so I am willing to wear the tights and stockings 24/7, is there any way to get the paleness out of my legs without removing the tights or stockings?

I wear stockings nearly 24/7 because i like the look and feel of them, but here in the US everybody tans, and there is a tanning bed on every corner. Try tanning, it only takes 10 minutes. I wear stockings and what you call a suspender belt, because I could not stand wearing tights, or pantyhose and all day and night. Stockings are so much more thin and delicate, and allow for mor skin to breathe.

You should consider telling your BF not to be such a complete control freak and telling you what to wear! If people find your legs attractive, they're going to look regardless of how much color they have!!!

Also, consider getting yourself a membership at a tanning salon. You only have to be there for about 10 minutes a day and soon you'll have a nice even color on your legs and perhaps won't have to wear tights to help with your self-consciousness regarding your pale legs.

No. Every part of our body needs some exposure to sun and vitamin D. You sound like you need a new beau and a new mind attitude about getting some sunshine and giving your skin some breathing time.
