The growing baby is crowding everything in there, including the tummy! So, when the tummy is all crunched and compressed, it is hard to feel like eating. It is actually really common further in pregnancy. Just try munching thoughout the day. A few crackers here, a piece of cheese there and a banana on the way out the door. It may not add up to all calories, but it is still nutrition to keep you and baby going.

I am in my 24 th week and same thing is happening.... I eat just normal as i used to before pregnancy . I guess its normal ... different people have different tendencies . As long as ur baby is normal n u r healthy u dnt have to worry abt anything ... just make sure that whenever u eat u try to intake nutritious food. Also try to have milk even if r not hungry . Also why do want to gain too much . In then end u ll only have trouble losing it . let things b natural .
good luck

I'm about 29 weeks too. I definitely can't eat as much as I could before. I am full with a little bowl of cereal and glass of OJ. I just make sure to eat healthy stuff - if I can only eat limited amounts of food. and take the prenatal vitamins.

Everything should be fine. I done that with this pregnancy I was about 17-18 weeks and everything that I ate made me sick if it wasn't coming out of one end it was the other. The doctor told me everything would be fine just make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water. In a couple of days or so you will pick it back up! BEST WISHES!

Feels totally normal to me. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, and I had gained nothing at my last monthly exam. As long as your doctor says your uterus is growing at a normal rate, and as long as you eat healthy, you do not have to worry.

Your uterus is pushing on your stomach, so you won't feel too hungry, and you can even feel sick. Just keep on eating. I'm sure you're okay.
