she sounds fine to me . mine is twenty two months and 27 pounds. its hard to make them eat something they don't like. but not impossible. my son loves to dip anything. find some non dairy ranch dip or make it yourself. peanut butter and celery is good too they love that. salads are a good way to sneak in the vegs. you can tell her a fairytale about a girl who would not eat her veg. and then decided to and lived happyly ever after. good luck.

With the dairy allergy, you may have problems with the dip idea, however it is a good one. You can try and see if some health food or organic stores have dairy free dips. You can also try mixing it in with her other food, try masking it. But I wouldn't worry too much right now, if you are giving her vitamins, let her be a little picky. My daughter went through a stage when all she would eat was chicken nuggets, it drove me nuts, but at least she wasnt starving. After awhile, she got over it and now at the age of 8, she eats almost anything.

Well, she sounds healthy anyway. My 2 yr. old is around 23 lbs. I haven't had a problem with veggies. I've seen many suggestions on putting them into muffins or breads (shredded), or even mixing baby food veggies in with pasta sauce. My daughter likes mixing things together right now, like putting her veggies into her mashed potatoes and eating them that way. If she eats raw carrots, maybe have her dip them into peanut butter? Maybe that would add some more interest. Try to come up with some dishes that include some veggies, so they aren't so noticeable.

Try V-8 my son loves it and it's chock full of vegetables. Otherwise try blending them up with strong fruit flavors to make an all fruit and vegatable smoothie. Freeze some of the fruits to get the thick frozen quality without the milk.

Good: Then she won't die from E Coli infection.
kids know what they like and it is very normal for a child not to want to eat Vegetable. Keep changing to see if you can find some she likes. Maybe you should start with Corn and Peas, and go on from there. Please don't feed her Spinach. As that stuff does is rot in your intestines anyway.

Let her go hungry. Starvation is a great motivator to eat.
