i live in california and i am planning on getting a ged or staying an extra year after senior year to finnish up my credits and i am either going yo a community college or going straight to a university i am not a great student when it comes to math but i excel in other subjects and i am planning on majoring in business administration and maketing what school is right for me a uc or cal state or community college then university and i know the choice is up to me and it depends on me and what i want or what my counselors say i just want some input on what you think would be a good choice and what school you would choose

Unless you can afford it, I recommend going to a community college for two reasons:

1. You can save money
2. This is kind of like minor leagues in baseball. You're not thrown into the major leagues right out of the draft. Going to community college will help you ease into higher education, where the experience will help you prepare for the pace of a 4-year university.

Community colleges are far less expensive. I'd go with a University providing it is feasible. You'll need grants, scholarships and loans for college. If you don't have the finances, start with a junior college, work hard and try to earn a few scholarships. You can also earn scholarships while in High School. Couselors can and will help.
