What do you want to achieve by enabling cookies ?
The instructions for Internet Explorers have been answered above
and it would be something similar for Firefox/Mozilla too .

U need not 2 enable cookies,,,its run automatically,,,but u can delete them.!1111be sure 2(restore defaults) your internet option.

Mozilla Suit :
Edit(Menu) / Preferences / Privacy & Security / Cookies / (select) Set it to your favorite regulations Then OK it!

Internet Explorer :
Tools(Menu) / Internet Options / Privacy / ( Move slider to down or in levels for set your favorite regulations) Then OK it!

Mozilla Firefox :
Tools(Menu) / Options / Privacy / (select cookies tab) / Set it to your favorite regulations, you can add the site with "Exceptions" button OK it!

Opera :
Tools(Menu) / Preferences / Advanced / Cookies /Set it to your favorite regulations.Then OK it!

1-Sorry I don't have Safari, Seamonkey or other browser but it is like to these.Try if you have other browser.
2-If your Settings and options are normally, So you must change them for allow all cookies but it's danger.You should know the site and after for browse other sites return your options to before options.

I have mine set to medium and have no problem shopping online
