I missed openning episode and I can see he is evil but whats his part in this?

He hasn't been explained yet. I'm guessing he is either working for the gov't, trying to find all the super powered beings (for governmental nefarious purposes) or part of some secret cabal, intent on killing all 'different' people.
And it appears he will be going after his own daughter, if last week's tag was any indication.
Anyone else think this might be the best new show of the season?
Oh, yeah, who cares about the avatar pic? Means absolutely nothing to me, nor should it matter to anyone else. This is a Q & A forum, not a dating service. If you don't like the avatar, look somewhere else. There is no need to de-humanize others, just to make yourself feel good. Just go away.

I know that he's the one after the Indian doctor who was trying to prove his theory; he also knows that his daughter has powers (he stole the video that the nerd made of her); obviously he's the bad guy whose agenda we'll have to figure out. Maybe the chick's reflection can get ahold of him; that would be fun. Or the bird guy could drop him from the top of a building. (Can we tell I already don't like him?)

I am confused as well. He KNOWS about the powers that they possess. I'm guessing, he will try to sway them to the evil side to use their powers for personal gain. If he is government, possibly looking to use them as war machines to give the US the edge? Still baffled here...... :(

Very involved.....he is hunting the doctor (already dead), the doctors son, and all the mutants.......not sure if he is government, but he also has some type of power and could possibly be a serial killer......I'm alittle confused by him at the moment....
