whats does "ich nay on the coco shany" or however it goes actually mean?

Difficult to help you translate something when you're not even sure how it goes. Ich is "I" in German... but the rest doesn't seem German at all. Can you try to find out what the actual phrase is?

It's Pig Latin...
ix-nay= nix (as in enough of, or get rid of)
I have no idea what the second part is, though.
In Pig Latin, one takes the first consonant sound and attaches it to the end of the word, and adds "-ay" to the end.
If the first sound of the word is a vowel, you add "-nay" to the end.
Treat= eattray, mouse=ousemay, apple=applenay.
You could probably backtrack the last word by reversing the process...

Sounds like some garbled Pig Latin. The first word is probably "ix-nay" ("nix"). I can't guess what the second word would be.
