There are a few ways at finding that out.
1) check the yellow pages, but they may not work because some companies may not have wiring in your neighborhood.
2) On line. Companies such as Comcast has a section on their websit where if you put in your home address, they can tell you if they offer services in your area or not. Also the company you have internet service through may offer digital cable so check with them.
3) Best Buy, The Good Guys, Radio Shack, and other stores that sell electronics. If one exists in your area they have the registration material for you to get cable.

Hope this helped. Good Luck!

Try entering your address at WhiteFence which tries to find you local choices for cable, phone, electric, etc.

YMMV, it didn't bring up for me the options I currently use. But it may give you something.
