"Little Women" is close, although there is definitely a first among equals. Among recent movies, a good example would be "The Royal Tenenbaums." Among classic plays, you might look at "Raisin In The Sun" or "Long Day's Journey Into Night.'
In general, the easiest way to locate plays or movies like this are family dramas.

There are several series of books like this and at least two mini-series. The Book of Rachel by Joel Gross followed the lives of three courageous women in the same family named Rachel. I believe it was filmed, but I'm not absolutely sure.
