Who thinks it is out of order that in England there has just been on the news about how 50 percent of children in primary school do not speak english and there are complaints that they should be taught in their own language also 40 percent of kids in secondary school are now non english speaking. I think this is absolutely bullxxxx as if they come and live here then they should fxxxxxx speak the language of the country rather than expecting the country to accommodate them. Australia has the right idea they would not have this. England has gone to the dogs but then again there are no english here any more.

Furthermore while I am on this subject why is it that you are not allowed to say anything about these issues for fear of reprisals while other so called cultures can preach on television about how hard done by they are and how they should have their own fxxxxxx mosques and communities - well maybe we should go and live in their countries work hard build up an economy - they will go home then so they can live off others hard work. Hello there, and i totally agree with you. I am a Turkish originated American man and I am a teacher as well here in MI, i think if you live in another country doesnt matter how many people u guys are you have to speak and learn and be educated in the primary language. There is no way out. However, the thing that i really dont understand is when we speak about western countries such as the U.S or the U.K we say now that those who are immigrants come to our country they have to learn our language which i totally agree on, but there is a double standard here, when it comes to the otehr countries Turkey would be a very good example, we then start saying-as westerners- that minorities have all rights to have their mother language to have their education in. So, the question is; why is it a threat for the U.S, the U.K or any other western countries but not for otehr countries like Turkey?Plus, where is the justice if we criticize other countries and dont check out our backyard?
Thats why they say we are a nation, a country and we have a one mutual language which is officially accepted in the world, American's official languageis English, Portugual's Portuguese, Spain's Spanish, Germany's German and what have you.
AND GIPS, EVEN THO, I TOTALLY AGREE with YOU about language stuff, as A MOSLEM MAN, I FEEL VERY INSULTED with your WORDS about my RELIGION and Mosques. You are right, I feel.
The tragedy is that we now set all sorts of standards for the western countries. Some people are all out to discover the double standards they are accused of! It may be their guilt of consciousness they suffer from their imperialistic past made them become open minded towards other communities and allowed them to enjoy equal rights. But a guest must be completely aware of his/her limitations.
The law books and a certain number of people in these countries may be very much vocal to support the 'right seekers', but a black lash from onother corner is on the making- we shouldn't forget.
