I mean if we just have sex everyday or every other day when I don't have af, shouldn't that be enough. What is the importance of tracking fertility?

It might help to track your fertility to find out when you are actually ovulating. If you have a regular cycle that is 28 days long, then most like you will ovulate on the 14th day counting the first day of your period as day one. I used www.mymonthlycycles.com and it would tell me when I would ovulate! I found out I ovulate on day ten of my cycle...so that might help you!
I also use www.askdramy.com . It is a great message board for women trying to conceive.Your questions are answered right away---all you have to do is refresh your screen! When you get egg white stretchy cm, that is the most likely time to get pregnant.

You need to do some tracking, it's not as easy as they told us in 9th grade to get pregnant!
Having sex every day can deplete sperm, so it's best to wait until the middle of your cycle to get down to business after a few days of no sex.
I found what worked 3 times for me was the Ovulation test sticks you can get in the drug store. You pee on them on like day 10 through day 15 and it tells you when the optimal time is for getting pregnant. Like I said, for me it worked 3 times. And fast too, all pregnancies were achieved within 2 months of using the sticks.
Good Luck!

NO you do not I TRIED an TRIED to track mine down I had bought test after test although NOTHING worked. I just had sex VERY OTHER day and will here I am 20 weeks! Having sex every day will NOT help increase your chances you are waisting you time there. Plus remember RELAX is the first key! BEST WISHES

Having sex too much could decrease you chances of getting pregnant. Go to webMD and look up their fertility calendar. If you cycles are regular then you can use it to keep track of you cycle and when your most fertile. I used it to get pregnant with my daughter. I watched it for a couple months to make sure my cycle fell in line with the calendar WebMD created for me. The first "fertile" days we tried I got pregnant. Good luck to you.

It'll happen when it happens!

I didn't track my fertility and I'm 36 weeks pregnant! Of course, I wasn't TRYING to get pregnant, but just have sex often and enjoy it. Good luck :)

This is important if you have infertility issues. There are optimal days to have sex when ovulation has occurred. If ovulation has not occured then sex 15 times a day won't make any difference.
I speak from experience as I had huge infertility problems but God blessed us with our twins after seeing a good specialist.
