well your 13 yr old daughter has a better phone than me.
she is just 13 why does she need an expensive phone? she will have it stolen off her the second she walks out the door and shows it off. people get mugged in groups as well as alone.
get her a crappy one, a simple nokia will do, least no one is going to want it bad enough to mug her for it
