No - WRAHA is an internet scam.

There are several organisations that claim to be affiliated to the UN, and to help people from less-developed countries re-settle in Canada and the US.

There are at least three such organisations:
1) World Refugees Assemblies of Humanitarian Agencies (WRAHA)
2) Social Welfare Employment and Recruitment Agency (SWERA)
3) International Foreign Worker's Recruitment Program Association (IFWRPA). It's also known as the Canadian Foreign Worker's Recruitment Program Association.

UN agencies have said such claims are false.

The bogus organisations contact Asians and Africans through chat rooms or dating websites. They try to make their potential victims believe a member of the opposite sex is interested in them and can help them to find work in Canada or the US.

They charge a fee of between US$100 and US$800 to process the application.

No reputable inter-governmental organisation would have a hotmail or yahoo email address.
