I have a friend that was born on the 29th. She celebrateds on the 28th and then every 4 years, on the 29th, she has a BIG Birthday Party.

My cousin was born on 29th February. He always celebrated his birthday on 28th February on the grounds that he was born on the last day of that month. Every four years he changed back to the 29th.

My cuz was born on the 29th of february and she just celebrates her birthday every 28th except when there is a 29th, then she celebrates it on the 29th!!

I have a friend whose birthday is February 29th, and she usually celebrates either on February 28th. or March 1st unless it is a leap year then she celebrates on the 29th.
