See if there is a Peace Corps office near you. There may be information about that kind of work in the Canadian Reserve, but since the globe is so unstable with North Korea, Iran, the Iraq situation, Afghanistan, Syria, etc.. I wouldn't recommend the Canadian Reserves. How about the Canadian Red Cross?
