I dread walking in the door, and have gotten to the point I don't even want to communicate or talk to people. I'm strictly there for the money and want out. I'm a restaurant Manager and work 50-60 hrs a week and always feel like I have to be on? Any Ideas on how to get over this fatigue feeling?

I have been there. I worked as a manager for 8 yrs for a convient store company and I got to the point where I too was there for just the money. I was tired all the time, and was on call 24 hours a day, and it got to the point where I was having dreams of the place and wasn't feeling like I was getting any rest at all. I was on salary and I hated it. I felt like they were sucking the life force out of me and I was just tired. On my days off I would just try to enjoy myself and then on my day to go back, I didn't even want to get out of bed. I knew where I was going. I found another job that was not making as much money, and is not working for a convient store of any kind. I stuggle a little, but I am happy. I am rested, I am not stressed, and I have ME time. It took me two years to find somewhere else to go, but I was determined and I did it. I know this wasn't the answer you were looking for, but perhaps you can find that spark that got you in your job in the first place and rekindle your flame sorta speak in the job you have. If not,and that is the only way to get out of this feeling you are in, then perhaps looking else where is the answer is for you. Good luck, blessed be..........

Sounds like you REALLY need a vacation, even a little road trip. Just take a couple of days off even if you don't think you can afford it, and get out of town. The money issue will resolve itself somehow, seriously. Good Luck!
