The answerer who said your rights are the same as your wife's is wrong. They are not.
I was browsing the Family Law section of the Code of Georgia in late 1989 or 1990. I remember clearly one law that said: "THERE SHALL BE NO PRIMA FACIE RIGHT OF [CHILD] CUSTODY VESTED IN THE FATHER."
So forget about having rights to due consideration from the court equal to that which your wife will receive. It isn't going to happen. The law has enlisted a prejudice in favor of your opponent, and you start out as a legal underdog in very bad odor.
And the reason for that is the political success of hypocritical feminists who preach "gender equality" with their mouths while working for female supremacy with their influence. When all else is equal, you will lose in a divorce or child custody case just because you are the male party thereto.

As a woman going through divorce, I would say you have none.
No, honestly, you have a right to just as much as the woman. My ex says I took everything and he walked away with nothing. I kept the house and the kids, he got $15,000 worth of tools, his recliner, the bedroom furniture, he even took the steak knives. I kept the house, but we had just remortgaged it, so their isn't even any equity, the dishes, and the kids furniture. I gave him the TV even. Plus, I let him see the kids whenever he wants.

I would ask a lawyer. Depends what is going on in your realtionship.
If you have kids, house, etc together...
What is the reasoning for you divorcing....it also would depend on that too...
