Smokers have fewer and fewer rights. It's illegal in my state to light up in any public or private business, including bars. You can only light up in bars that do not serve food except for peanuts and chips. It's also illegal to smoke in a home or vehicle occupied by children under the age of 10. It's illegal to smoke on the premises of any medical clinic or hospital, even if you're in a private vehicle.

I'm not a smoker, so it doesn't really bother me, but I think smokers are people too, and deserve the right to kill themselves if they want, even in public.

There are no defined rights. The only smoker rights are the ones that you allow. I will not allow anyone to smoke in my house or in my car.

Smokers have the right to kill themselves slowly and non-smokers have the right not to be involve with it.
