No it's not, becasue your brain antcipates where you are going to touch your self and it's not a surprise. Where as when someone else touches you your brain can't antcipate it.

the only place I can tickle myself is the roof of my moouth,and the only way I can do it is with the tip of my tounge..i do not think it is possible anywhere else because you are doing it yourself and can control it .

Sure it is. It just depends on how ticklish you are. Sometimes when im bored at work, my left hand challenges my right hand to a tickle-fight! Whichever hand inflicts the most laughter wins!
