Instead of red wine vinegar you may want to use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (hint, hint: Bragg products)
for parasite cleansing: fruits and nuts (especially black walnut), preferably raw. juices, preferably ones you do at home, not bottled.

If you can tolerate: onion, garlic juices.

I can assume you have a candida problem. Candida feeds off sugar so obviously drinking wine isn't going to help your issue. And vinegar is the worse! You need to be on a sugar less diet if you have severe candida. Eat fresh veggies and lean meats. I too had a candida problem. It manifested itself due to a wheat and yeast allergy I never knew I had until adult hood. By the time I figured out I had candida I was fatigued, acne, headaches, joint pain, hair falling out, and awful nasty bad breath. I feel so much better now and healthy.
