Generally most people stop eating for the night around 8-10 at night. The next time people eat is between 6-8 am. This is about 8-12 hours between eating. During the day you generally wait about 5-6 hours between eating. So by eating breakfast you are breaking the fast per say. Also when you eat breakfast it helps kick start your metabolism and you end up losing weight. I know that for two weeks straight I ate breakfast every morning and I lost five lbs

Because it starts up your energy levels for the day... If you eat breakfast, you have more energy during the day and tend to burn more calories.... If you eat a big dinner late and then go to bed, there's little chance of burning the calories so many get converted to fat for storage...

I guess you could equate it to filling up your gas tank...we need that fuel after several hours of no food and liquid....they say that it makes you eat your required 2 other meals that day, or if you prefer, 5 other smaller meals (snacks) that day....I wish I could follow the right path!!!!

It gives you energy for your morning routine. It is also the ONE meal you will eat all day, that WON'T end up on your hips. You are going to work this one off!

1st of all, when u have healthy breakfast, Ur body will feel energized thoughtout the day, Plus,the chancez of people who have breakfast gaining weight iz much less than ppl who skip it, itz known that ur motabolism iz at itz hightest when u wake up, then startz to slow down gradually thoughtout the day. thatz why dietitionz advise us not to have late-night mealz, & if we do, to make them az light az possible.
