Outlook Express is a program used specifically for reading and writing email.

ps. In order to use programs such as outlook express with Yahoo! mail, you will have to be a mail-plus subscriber.
Goto upgrade when you're signed in, and it will cost $20/ year, very worth it.

You can configure Yahoo Mail so that Outlook Express can be used to send and ... Most e-mail stationery uses "scripting", which is not supported by Yahoo ...
like this u can read your yahoo mails and this is the simple way there are other ways too but i think this way is easy

Outlook Express is an email client. The only way you can use it with Yahoo is if you have the paid Yahoo email service...once you have that they will explain how to set up OE to get the messages.
