its mainly after i eat but i get a bloated feeling all day, im not due on and have had it for a month or so, what relieves it? are there foods/drinks i should avoid?

I drink a glass of boiled water as hot as i can with half a squeezed lemon juice every morning, this has worked wonders for me, hardly ever feel bloaded anymore and great for my skin.

You could try a diet with no dairy in it. If that doesn't help, try a diet without any yeast, wheat flour or white sugar. Both lactose intolerance and yeast infection can cause bloating.

Cut out that white bread. Works 100% for me! Can't resist it at times but always know that my stomach will be like a football, even after just one slice.

Eat those new yoghurts off the advert to stop you feeling bloated!!

try avoiding wheat, you may have an intolerance. Its really difficult to do but well worth it if you can!

Try Actimel or similar, then forget you are a lady and have a really good, long, noisy fart!
